5. Payment Information :

We collect different personal data depending on your payment method:

  • Credit/Debit Card Payments: Cardholder name, address, card number, expiry date, and CVC code.

  • Other Payment Methods: Information relevant to the chosen method (e.g., bank transfer details).

When you use our services, we automatically collect certain information, including:

  • Geolocation Data: Your approximate location based on your IP address.

  • Usage and Log Data: Date and time of access, session duration, clicks, browser information, and pages viewed.

  • Direct Service Providers: Airlines, tourism agencies, hotels, transfer and car hire companies, tour and excursion providers, and travel agents. This sharing is necessary to fulfill your booking and manage your travel arrangements.

  • To Resolve Booking Issues: We may also share information with these providers to address any problems that arise with your booking.
